Payment & Pricing
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Please note that if you are paying by E-Check on Paypal, your order will be in process only once I receive notification from Paypal that your E-Check has cleared. Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is the correct address as we will take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing an incorrect address.
Status & Process
Please allow 3-5 business days (please note that this does not include weekends and public holidays) for your order to be completed and ready for the shipping and delivery dispatchment process after the payment has processed. Most items are all handmade, handcrafted, or reconstructed by Kimberly Carrera as it takes time to make items once the order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (Tracking Code Given - Domestic Only). All orders are done through the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders are "USPS First Class" and International orders are "USPS Registered Mail for International" (Please note that we do not offer tracked or express shipping at this time). Allow your order to get to you within 2-25 Business Days (Domestic/United States) and 5-30 Business Days (International/Everywhere Else) from date of DISPATCHMENT, not the date of order placed.
Privacy & Security
We use PayPal for credit card payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us (click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" you then can pay with your debit or credit card, or with Bill Me Later®). Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. We never store your credit card details.
Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns unless you have made an approved arrangement with me addressing the situation via email (email@example.com). If any items are in unacceptable condition upon arrival only, I will do our best to adjust the situation once you reach out to us via email.
